1、Preliminary preparation
◉ Check the equipment: Confirm that the power supply, transmission system, mold installation, etc., are normal, with no looseness or abnormal noise; clean the hopper, forming channel, and other parts to ensure no residual impurities.
◉Prepare raw materials: Let the prepared cookie batter (which should meet the consistency required by the equipment) stand for later use, avoiding large particles in the batter that may affect forming.
2、Mold installation and parameter setting
◉ Select the mold of the corresponding shape according to production needs, install it correctly at the forming station according to the instructions, and ensure the mold is firmly fixed.
◉Set forming parameters through the equipment control panel, such as material feeding speed, cookie thickness, cutting length (for strip-shaped cookies), etc. For initial use, a small batch trial production can be carried out first for adjustment.
3、Feeding and starting forming
◉ Pour the cookie batter evenly into the equipment hopper, and turn on the hopper stirring device (equipped in some machines) to prevent the batter from settling.
◉Start the equipment: The batter is transported to the mold through the material distribution system, formed into cookie blanks by mold extrusion, cutting, and other actions, and then conveyed to the next process (such as baking trays) by the conveyor belt.
4、Real-time monitoring and adjustment
